By using Q島, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and survey responses
• Use the Platform only for legitimate survey exchange purposes
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity
• Not attempt to manipulate the token economy or reward system
• Respect other users' intellectual property and privacy

3. Survey Posting

• Posting surveys is free; tokens drain as responses arrive
• You are responsible for the content and legality of your survey
• Surveys must not contain harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content
• You must deliver rewards as promised on survey posting
• Anti-spam: maximum 3 simultaneously active surveys per user

4. Survey Participation

• Provide honest and complete responses to surveys you commit to
• Do not submit multiple responses to the same survey
• Complete assigned surveys in good faith
• Report any misleading or inappropriate survey content

5. Token Economy

• Tokens are virtual currency for survey exchange only
• Tokens are not real money and have no monetary value outside the Platform
• We reserve the right to adjust token allocation and pricing
• Purchased tokens are non-refundable

6. Violation & Enforcement

Users who violate these terms may face:

• Account suspension or termination
• Bans from posting or participating in surveys
• Forfeiture of tokens and pending transactions
• Report to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected

7. Limitation of Liability

Q島 is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for survey content, user disputes, or data loss. Use at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
